- The sight

The first sense I want us to exercise is sight. I will not call it the most important because they are all equally important, and if you ask me, my favorite is touch. However, starting with sight and observing attentively, we can come across small worlds or things that we have ignored but are there all around us daily. So daily, what are these things, these little worlds and little existences that surround us? How long have they been there, and why haven't we noticed them before?

Let's take 5 to 10 minutes a day to walk consciously, to observe our surroundings, the tree that has always been there next to our building, what color are its leaves, does it have flowers, whose is the dog that barks every day in the morning, does it live on our block, these and thousands of other questions that at first seem silly, are simple impulses of curiosity and also of creativity.

After the exercise of walking consciously without headphones (as tricky as it may seem), observing and listening to what surrounds us, we will write 10 of these things in our new notebook (it can also be an old one with clean pages) dedicated to Creative Flower, to our creative encounters. To trace the path of a more creative life, in which we intend to be more present daily—observing and recognizing the magic of each passing moment.

This is the result of my exercise today; I walked for 15 minutes in the park next to my house, my favorite, which never ceases to amaze me. My favorite part was seeing the children running and playing; I was happy to hear their screams and laughter. And also a little bit of envy to see them so happy and carefree. Do you think we can feel that way again as adults?

Here you can see my notes and get inspired to make your own.

Tell me, how was your experience in the conscious walk? What things did you see that you had not seen before?
